This policy explains what personal data we collect through avssetuglobal.com and related communication (WhatsApp, email, phone), why we collect it, and the choices you have. We follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as they apply to us.

- Buyers (quote / export enquiry): name, company, mobile/WhatsApp number, email, delivery city, state or country, product, quantity, specifications and any message you send.
- Suppliers (“Sell With Us”): business name, contact person, mobile, email, GSTIN, office address, pickup location and pincode, product details, prices and terms, photos and documents you upload.
- Communication: messages, calls and emails you exchange with us.
- Technical data: our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and we do not run analytics. Our hosting provider and the services that load fonts and images may automatically record basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the website.
Please do not send bank account numbers, passwords or identity documents through the website forms.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations;
- To verify suppliers and evaluate products before listing;
- To process orders, arrange delivery or export shipment, and issue invoices;
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations;
- To prevent fraud and misuse of the website.
We use your data with your consent, which you give by submitting a form or contacting us, and for purposes permitted by law. We do not sell your personal data and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
4. Supplier information
Supplier contact details, cost prices and pickup locations are used internally only and are not published on the website. Only product information (such as description, specifications, photos and minimum order quantity) may be displayed after verification and with the supplier’s agreement.
5. Who we share it with
- Manufacturers, suppliers, transporters, freight forwarders and inspection agencies — only the details needed to fulfil your request or order;
- Service providers who help us run the website and communication (for example website hosting, form-to-email delivery, email and WhatsApp);
- Government or law-enforcement authorities when required by law.
For export orders, your details may be shared with partners outside India as needed to deliver the goods. Some service providers may store data on servers outside India.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or longer where tax, accounting or other laws require us to keep records. Enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted periodically.
